"It's mutilation". Today the NYtimes made a little docu about what's happening in Chile and the systematic violation of human rights. The police have been using their rubber bullets to maim the population. 200+ cases of sever ocular damage registered to the date of this posting. (i made this art yesterday and already the number i gave was a low estimate...)
Gustavo Gatica is one of the emblematic cases being the first person to lose both eyes due to a shotgun shot at short range.
