Agreed. I really know this feel-both from being on the receiving end of someone taking me for granted (for years now) and my taking others for granted (something I do my best to not do but I still fuck up). It's a squiggly, icky terrible feeling you can't do anything about. You just have to ride it out and hope things get better at some point. I don't know if that's quite what you were going for here but there's definitely something off-putting about this. I don't mean that it's bad of course. More like...there's a kind of clashing going on here where you can't hold your eye on it for too long yet you can't avoid the feeling of needing to come back to it to try and figure out just what it is about it is so off-putting.

It's a very emotional piece and I think would very much be one still even without the title. You're really good at gathering up whatever mood or feel you're experiencing and letting it flow out through your fingertips. I think that's why your work is so loose, vibrant and alive. Like it's going to start moving any second. It kind of is in how it makes me feel all these things when I look at it.
