Nothing too fancy. I wanted to try remixing this but after listening to it for so long I started talking in tune with it I kinda spaced where I'd go with such things. Bent on doing something with it, I decided it couldn't hurt to just mimic the darn thing and see where that got me. b:
Considering I'm not exactly the greatest, i think it's an okay flattery. Original is at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nndm_Q2RXU should anyone desire to compare the two.
Just for kicks, practice, and to prove that I'm alive, really. : )

Did Worlds have this song, tho? All I know is that it was both Dreamcast games combined, with the first one drastically cut down to something like three dungeons as opposed to the original 8 or 9. :/ Was kinda weird seeing a friend blaze through something that took me 30 hours in what was more like 5. Never did manage to beat the second, but I believe that half survived in it's entirity~.
In any case the gameplay was intact, weird English voice work or not. Yay, another fan! : D

Oh, I knew is was a compilation of the two games but didn't know it was originally those many dungeons- that makes ALOT more sense - I also beat first one in about 5 hours - I was like -I would feel so ripped off if I bought this on DreamCast but now I know XD lmao -but I also never beat the second one - was only a rental but I fell in love with that game- music was same - favorite line "let's open a can of woop ass on those guys " XD rofl me and my bros still reference the sudden cheesiness
A lot of people never finished the first. I'm proud to say I beat Eugene in his original, balls-to-the-wall hard form. I can't say that about many RPG end-bosses. o3o I rarely even see the things, never mind topple them.
So yes, the first game was originally much longer. You chose the order oyu took the dungeons on in, and no matter what one would be left in the end. After taking Eugene and his stupid mech thing out you gain access to the one you never chose and it becomes some 100-floor grind-fest. That part I never quite wrapped up, but got through like 60 floors or something. Gets nasty hard by the end, but still helped give the game a bit more longevity.
Then if you paid off your debt in the first game (or didn't!) it remembered that for the second, which was pretty neat.
I <3 mah Dreamcast. Don't play it much, doesn't have a lot on it, but what's there is all good memories~
