As the cursed lightning coursed through him, a realisation entered Vritrax's mind: his friend Lorkos, the one he had entered this forest in hope to find, was right in front of him.
Relief washed over him, making him forget the curse that began to transform him. Hard and sharp scales replaced his fur and shredded his clothes as the backpack containing his holographic wings fused with him, connecting his blue translucent wings directly to him as the magic of the curse twisted them.
