He was stationed almost everywhere. He has been around the world cause of being in the Navy. Hasn't been to Alaska though/

I loved drawing Charlie, and I have drawn Pokemon stuff. *Shrug* I Really don't get into drawing them. I don't like the style that they are drawn in, and Digimon xD god.. ^_______^ but I love drawing things I rarely draw, Like this is my first pic of Charlie, and I decided that I liked it so much, that it'd be worth the effort to send into this site. and eh, active my ass XD
