[Comm] Undersea Detective
I haven't been able to do a full illustration in such a long time! I had so much fun being able to do this, even if it was just rather simplistic in nature. The request was for the client's OC merman Hue, whose colors were rather vague so I had to improvise and guess on some things. I was also able to use my colored lineart for the background ^^
