"I called your frat house, but no one can pick you up until morning. I guess that means we'll just have to entertain each other for a while." Lyra coyly said to the small canid by her feet.
"What!? Ugh. Fine. Just, please, don't put me back in your footwear." Replied the small. He was sore all over, but otherwise not too battered. Still, he was exhausted after the ordeal of being Lyra's personal insole during her first day of college.
"I suppose... You were a good boy after all." Lyra took a slight sniff of the sock she had trapped her new acquaintance in. Staring down into his bemused eyes, she wondered what she'd be able to get him to agree to before the night was over. After all, she thought, college is where one experiments.
