Somewhat, it's a quartz crystal coloured light/icy blue. Dunno the technique used to colour it since it doesn't have any oil stains like other coloured crystals. However the layer isn't too big so it looks clear with an icy blue hue.
Wanted some naturally light/icy blue crystal but all the ones i found tended to be expensive.
