"All those rainbows out there are meant to be. Yes, by god themselves, every last one is a unique flutter of reality that looks similar to the last, but no, love, I damn well can assure you each one is offset from the other even slightly. Some are brighter than the other, some more pronounced and loud, while others are a gentle trickle in the sky that hide until the moment is right.
Perhaps we've said goodbye to this illustrious friend in the sky, only to be reunited once again with the guise of time cocooning them in the clouds. From afar they stand perfected in curvature but, in truth, they are an illusion. Each is jagged, and their transitional periods, the paths they'll go, how long they'll remain, each is a staple of their own being. It may look like an eternal goodbye lost in the indefinite, but it's our job to look through the storms and nod to the irreplaceable bow that binds us above. Only then can we wave farewell, knowing we will see them again the same someday soon."

This is an incredible badge put together by one of my dearest friends
DemureDeer for BLFC 2019! It originally started as a doodle she gifted for me until she, against my pleas, finished this badge and share it with me when we met for the very first time in person this year! I look at this badge and think of how generous and loving she always has been to me, remembering me throughout the years and being a safe space to trust would never leave me even if I faltered. I owe her a lot and it's taken me forever to get to uploading this, but I still love and appreciate it with all my heart, and intend to use it for a very long time. Thank you Kitty, I love you to death and feel that people should commission you for your generosity and love that goes into your work <3
