If you're wondering, yes, the pokeballs do have significance, since my team would be, from the top, my starter (grass type), articuno (caught in platinum with a quick ball), my HM camel (bibarel...), a mystery legendary in a master ball, Torby in his Dusk ball, of course, and a special hidden pokemon that would round out the team. :D
