My morning routine includes
wake up 4am - eat a light breakfast - Cold shower - 2 mile jog to the gym -
Upper Body = Ab workout - Dumbbell curls - Bench - Skull crushers - Chest flys - Chest Press Machine - Overhead press - Punching Bag.
Lower Body = Leg press - Squats - Treadmill 4 miles - Deadlift.
Post workout = Ice bath - Cold shower - make protein shake - 2 mile walk home - ride bike 6 miles to work at 10AM.
