A friend talked me into trying out Paint Tool SAI, so I downloaded it today and set to fiddling with it. I was sketching atrossi in my Information Representation class and I really liked how the sketches turned out, so I recreated one in SAI to practice on. I forgot the saber fang. Oops. The color scheme was randomly generated with this lovely application.
I really like how this turned out. I love SAI's method of handling lineart; it would take ridiculous amounts of tweaking and time to get the same look in Photoshop, so I think SAI is going to stick around. :)
