It's a fantasy. Nobody actually wants to murder people in real life. For that matter, the method in question isn't even physically possible. It's entirely harmless, and if you don't like it, then walk away. You don't have to say anything, there's plenty of content you can look at that caters to safer, gentler fetishes.
It's totally fine for people to like just one or both. They're fetishes. Fantasies. People are just trying to enjoy themselves.
Your attempts to shame an artist aren't going to stop them from doing what they enjoy, it's just going to make them feel self-conscious, possibly upset. It's rude. The internet will always be filled with things you don't like. Horrible things that nobody can control or purge. I don't like seeing art of hermaphrodites with enlarged, erect erupting penises and watermelon-sized lactating breasts, or bloody gore, or baby/diaper stuff. But it exists and sometimes I see it or stumble across it.
I just close out of it and move on, there's no sense in trying to shame them simply because I don't like it. It wasn't made for me. It's none of my business. I can just go somewhere else and find something I do enjoy. Literally everyone on this site does that every day—we just move on without a word. Because it's polite because we all understand that this website is not our own personal safety zone. We all share it and have to get along.

Publically expressing your disapproval is the same as shaming. I'd almost go so far as to say it's an attempt to bully. Don't think I haven't noticed you commenting on a good number of other digestion pieces in this gallery with similar sentiments.
If you don't like the content, then move on. You don't need to say anything.
