Yeah. He was actually after a powerful artifact called the Adult Diaper of Doom which gives the wearer infinite power. He used his youth stealing powers to turn himself into a baby in the episode and then pooped himself hoping Yin and Yang would change him into it. Kraggler then revealed himself and took the diaper only to find he was still too young to wear. I loved watching Kraggler running away, waiting until he became old enough to wear the diaper. One of my favorite age regression/abdl cartoon episodes. I also now think of Kraggler (adult age) as a abdl.
