Happy Native American History Month! To honor the occasion, I thought I would draw one of my favorite Natives. The fact that he's always barefoot is a major bonus with him. How would you show respect to the powerful warrior?

I'm sure he'll appreciate that, but his soles will just get dirty again :D

However, I don't know if there are any sponges and soapy water in the forest :D

Just as long as Kocoum isn't aware. He's very proud of his feet :D

Always nice to see someone who appreciates the natural look of rough feet :3

When going barefoot, one must simply accept that their soles will get tough and dirty and nothing can be done about it :)

Yep. Dirty soles are a badge of honor for a barefooter. It proves that the person is a dedicated barefooter and they have complete confidence that their thick leather soles will protect them no matter where they walk

I've been thinking of drawing my Fursona in kilt with bare paws and leather leg bracers. Sort of a modern tribal look :D
