Balcora is one of the main characters of the comics. She will appear at the end of the first chapter.

She possesses the fiery element, therefore, as you can see, her horns aren't cut off. In general, many monarchs of the world of Lios possess magic, despite of the church is trying to control them (the key word is “trying,” since monarchs are still above the authority of churchmen).

Balcora is the Queen of Arletta, a small but quite prosperous and progressive state. The main role in this country is played by magic, for magicians there are a lot of opportunities and prospects. At the beginning of her reign, Balco made several innovations, thanks to which the magic academy became accessible to all segments of the population (previously only children of high-ranking persons could join the academy), she also reduced the tuition fee. That's the reason why our main character, Helly, was able to enter the academy, but she couldn't graduate from it.
