It's a custom gun called a springer. The bullets are propelled by a highly-compressed spring.

Why do you need to spin the barrels when you have aditional holes in the gun?

Unless!.. If all the barrels shoots in the same time, rotation might be a part of air-cooling sistem , or part of automatic reload sistem. Or even both!... sorry, i just really like guns and engineering ^^

Something was bugging me until I looked at it frame-by-frame: it looks like the focus knob on the scope is rotating when she shoots the gun, probably due to recoil. I don't know if that is due to a poorly-designed part, or due to the Troika using the wrong scope for the rifle.
