made this the day of when I was really sick ( I think)
woke up ok in the morning feeling ok then out of no were felt super sick.
to describe it is like you do (well for me) is if you cut your self real bad and you fell light headed and feel like throwing up.
but I did not cut my self just BOOM happened my hart rate drop really low to a point I thought it stopped.
started taking deep breaths and things got a lil better.
at that time felt like I was going to die, thinking what an odd way to go out on.
not sure if that was food poisoning but wow. happy to kinda feel better now.
still a lil sick but not that bad as before.

Stay away from bright lights, loud sounds. Sleep on clean covers (Not kidding, wash em every two days. Or every day, if you can) And drink a sports drink.
