I've been meaning to draw more of Blaze for a long time and I never really had the chance to show her more battle-orientated characteristics. Design may appear off compared to original drawings but I put that down to experimenting with the pose, armour and my constantly changing style(s).
Due to this being a bit of a "quick" concept idea, I haven't textured or shaded this like I normally do. This may or may not be put into scraps later.

Yeah. Not too sure if I like this design and when it comes to clothing/armour for Blaze I'm unsure and in my mind she changes them more often than other characters...when she actually does wear something >.<
The weapon and armour are both nothing specific or closely-linked to Blaze or her design. While I'm planning on keeping the black fur, I'm not too sure about the white fur I placed on her legs and arms, whether or not it "works".

*coughs* Truth be told I used that pic as reference seeing as I suck at drawing poses. Blaze is a character I've had for a long time, but (bar one drawing) bever really got the chance to draw. I thought the pose was really good and would be a welcome change to try and draw compared to my more standard (and boring) poses. If the resemblance is too close I will, of course, take this art down.
While my sketches may not have shown it, I believe the first coloured art of Blaze I ever did (I think it's either in my scraps or I removed it) was orange, black and white. There are no plans to change this to just orange and white. Originally her muzzle and chest fur was white, with the rest of the fur being orange except for some streaks in her hair, her paws and part of the tail. The only difference (besides me actually drawing better this time) is that I added some white fur to the insides on the arms and legs, which I'm unsure whether to keep or not.
The combination of white and black rather than just going with the opposite to Flames with black only is somewhat important in terms of symbolism and influences a character design change in the future, in a part of the whole story I haven't even gotten close to telling people yet, let alone writing ^^;
But yeah, bottom line after all this waffle is no, not as far as I can see.
