Happy Halloween! I wanted to get something quick out just in time for Spooky Christmas, so I drew something sketchy of someone that both gave me nightmares as a child but also happened to be a character I wanted to start drawing - Rez from the Gex series!
And yes, I believed he was telling the truth when he called Gex his son in the second game. Because there's just something twisted about the whole idea that Gex's father - the talented astronaut that had a terrible space accident that launched Gex into a depression and was the reason for his TV addiction in the first place - was also his archenemy who drags him into the Media Dimension and keeps trying to take over TV.
"But why would Rez try to kill his own son?" you might be asking. Well, just look at the guy. He is not really playing with a full deck right now. He probably thinks he's doing Gex a favor and can always resurrect him into something better.
