Shiki is a Bisharp with heavy Toxicroak genes.

Some of the Toxicroak features that are immediately apparent would be the horn-like on the top of his head instead of the standard blade, and the metal finger located on his right hand. The lack of natural blades on his form is also responsible for his Toxicroak side, thus why he had an artificial one forged to be attached on his left arm.

Shiki is a deadly serial killer - often referred to as 'The Rhapsodist'. They are extremely obsessed with the poetry known as Haiku, to the point where they only speak in such a manner. They see death as a form of art and attempt to create the 'Perfect Piece' by creating a Haiku piece about the victim they have killed. In their quest to create the 'Perfect Piece' they have killed all sorts of people of all sorts of species and age. Every poem that Shiki has written is kept in their journal, to remind themselves of every piece that did not meet the Perfection they desired.

The only form of consistency in their kills would either be a shot in the head by their Snubnosed Revolver, stabbed in the heart by their metal finger - which secretes a deadly toxin, or decapitation from Shiki's giant blade.

No one knows what Shiki truly looks like, for they are always dressed in their black and white suit and their face is always concealed by the white mask. All that is known is that The Rhapsodist's sick view on death is that of poetry, and that they will never stop until they find the Perfection they seek - if it even exists.
