In "The Joker's Last Laugh", Black Canary has been sent to investigate a riot where Joker is being held. Joker has already gassed his prisonmates with Smilex; a mixture of chemicals that turn you into a Joker look-a-like with his similiar personality. SOMEHOW crawling through the vents, Black Canary manages to completely avoid the gas and its affects.
So here she is if things made sense and she had a bit of Smilex in her. Because the good guys don't always win. And I'm fine with that. Plus I love me some crazies. <3
