5 minutes into sketching this I had the feeling that I really wasn't up to doing art.
Hours later I found a couple new brushes in Corel Painter 2019 than I also like, but I don't have a full grasp of its Watercolor Layers yet, and didn't find a smudge tool that works with the watercolors.

I know Starla Starkin's meant to be a satire character and antagonist-first, but her apparent oblivious exuberance(?) which apparently frustrated the allies she was introduced with ("Shut up, Starla!") is an experience I can relate to. When she's not being awful, she's kinda cute, and I like that. That may change in the future.

Also she's primarily motivated by apparent greed for money in the form of a "business" that is a very straightforward depiction of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cobra_effect">Cobra Effect</a> in later appearances, so I suppose it's not bad comparison to consider me commissioning P5ych (dA, Twitter) to draw her as a bit like hiring her as a model in-world or something.

Given some art you can check out early on Patreon (October 31 2019), it seems like she might be coming back soon!
