Nothing to really change here. It's a good design, but here a ouple of suggestions.
From the description Thistle looks a little crazy, so I think a little more roughness in the design can help with this concept. So give her a big backpack to hide all the stuff she collects, a little assimetry on the hairpin and curly hairs.
