I was contemplating something else for this prompt, but then I thought about the piece I did a few years ago of Godzilla's appearance from the 2014 film. I thought an "update" would be pretty fun to do. My NECA figure provided a great reference.
Also, I really wanted to challenge myself and get reeeeeally detailed. Probably my most elaborate sketch of the entire challenge.
Also also, if you want my thoughts on KOTM, here ya go: a fun ride with fantastic monsters, but good lord, it doesn't know how to handle itself thematically.
