Well, I suppose the first order of business would be to see if you can feel anything different about yourself. Besides your physical changes, of course. Most Frisks out there have access to the power of Determination, an ability that grants them a limited form of time travel. You can essentially Save your game, or life, at a specific point and "load" from there is you feel the need to. Unfortunately, you can't use it to get out of the Underground, as you likely don't have a Save from before you came here.
