Well I seem to be on an Avatar Spree lately so here's yet another new character. Jale here is from a time long after the events of the movie. In Jale's time the Na'vi have advanced to a high tech level of technology. That said however their strong bond with nature has heavily infulenced their advancement. Their technology tends to mimic nature wherever possible and in some cases is even organic in nature. Their technology is very ecologically friendly. Artificial structures are most often grown and crafted afterwards with the necessities of whatever the building is. Basically their buildings are modified versions ofthe native trees. Which means from above or form a distance a Na'vi city can't be distinguished for the rest of the forest save for these trees having darker leaves to absorb more like to power whatever electrical devices the Na'vi may own. The core tenents of their culture have still changed little since the days humans first came to their world. Speaking of which the reason Jale here has blond hair is because he's got human genes in his family linage. Many of the humans without avatars who were allowed to stay on Pandora eventually found love with a Na'vi. The result has been various level hybrids. Some who are 50/50 and others like Jale who's barely 1/18th human. So he's mostly Na'vi. Jale is a pretty nice and out going kid. Pretty smart and adventurous. He does get teased a bit about his diapers but usually in good nature. The doctors think it's a result of a genetic error with a na'vi gene and a human one. Here we see Jale on some of the high up branches of a tree which would be his home. He just spotted a friend of his and decided to wave.
