I finally have all of my planters in my hydro setup, and it's been running smoothly for several days. The only thing that hasn't sprouted yet is my cayenne pepper.

The one on the bottom holds the water and every two hours, it gets pumped up to the top container, flooding the roots and providing nutrients and moisture, then it drains back down.

There's a small fountain pump ($17) in the bottom container that pumps it up to the top one every two hours.

the aloe, will need to be watched closely... as that much moisture may cause root rot.
the others will need to be watch for any signs of leaf rot, as if one gets any rot they could all get it very easily.
