Joey's going to be a mummy for Halloween. You can tell how excited he looks. X3
I originally had a lot more art plans than just this one for Halloween, but college has a way of keeping me from having the time to work on the fun stuff. Glad I got this one finished though, and just in time too. Hopefully next year won't be so busy.

If Joey wasn't firmly immobilised from his facial expression you'd know that it would be time to run and hide, though it looks like for all his anger and his muscles he's not going to be getting free any time soon. While I guess he might have decided to go as a mummy for Halloween and had enlisted someone's help with the bandages I'm guessing he was tricked into this or maybe someone caught him taking a nap or maybe he'd been drinking with some of his friends, everyone had had a few and he found himself in this little mess.
I'm guessing someone has just arrived, maybe Riley or Dewey and has just made a comment about running out of bandages and Joey has just noticed that their gaze is directed towards his feet and he can guess what's going to happen next...

I’d start jetting if I see he found a way to break out of those bandages if I was the one who tied him up like that. Let’s hope his friends are fast enough too if Joey chases them for tricking him into this. I can mostly imagine Riley getting to tickle those huge feet of Joey’s, being the troublemaker he is. He’d probably get another black eye from Joey just like how he might’ve got one from Zeke after he blew on his paws to tickle him. XD
Thank you so much! That someone who tied him really knew what they were doing when it came to restraining Joey. I think he’d blush and maybe flinch a few times while still yelling since he doesn’t look well-prepared enough for a wet tongue to be licking across those big toe pads, hehe. X3
I'm going with the idea that Joey didn't want to attend the party because he wasn't sure of what costume to pick, so his friends helped him out a bit! They even carried him to the place and placed him comfortably on the couch while they all dance and eat snacks.
Maybe they could leave him with a sign that says "Free footjobs all night", so people will come by and keep him company

but who helped with his costume found it funny
he ended up being restrained like a dummy
and now he can't roll over his tummy
guess it's time to see if his feet taste yummy
and check how ticklish they are until it's sunny!
Who knows, maybe a tent will be visible under all that mummy tape if I tickle and slurp them enough. His big pads count as chocolate treats?
