This is a musical representation of the day cycle on Planet Halen, the second planet on which my fictions take place. I used my earlier composition "Planet Vasti" as a base, hence the striking similarity between the two.
Phases:
1. Darkness Before Dawn (0:00-0:39)
2. Sunrise (0:39-1:30)
3. Morning (1:30-4:02)
4. Afternoon (4:02-6:14)
5. Dusk (6:14-6:36)

I took a new approach to mixing everything down to a single stereo track. Rather than my old workflow of recording to Audacity using Stereo Mix, I decided to try recording everything to Edison, which is included with FL Studio. The end result is a cleaner mix with no aliasing, compared to recording to Audacity using Stereo Mix.
