I saw this design and I immediately knew I needed it. He fits so well with Opo's and Paxal's universe, which is space-galaxy-scifi-related, so yeah. Which by the way, one of these days I will write down all their universes and explain how each universe is different to each other, but not right now considering that would take a lot of writing and it could get complicated.

Anyways about the character himself. I haven't really thought much about him yet. Personality wise anyways. The most I've came up with is that he's the sort that always seems to have his head in the clouds, can usually be found day-dreaming instead of doing his job and is easily distracted. I'm guessing he's in charge of a galaxy, much like Paxal is, but doesn't take it seriously (JUST LIKE PAXAL LOL) and that tends to lead to some... problems. There's another character I have that I haven't shown yet that keeps these two from totally slacking off. I'll have to draw her someday and show her.
