For the fourth annual JABville New Years Eve Party I let the guys and girls both do the asking, BUT there was a theme this year. They couldn't ask out each other, this time they had to bring a toon character with them. :D They could be from a television show, movie, video game, even another artist's original character if they wanted. I think this is my favorite one so far. :D
