This was a request, wanted a drawing of what seems to be a variant old school cold war Eastern Block character. (I have no clue on the name.)
Shoulda had this done a couple weeks ago, but didn't plan on life being an utter PITA lately.
Tried to 'marble' the background to give it that Iron Curtain look.
