Here's a character builder I made along time ago when I still have my DA account and I was trying something new, here's what I look like as a kremling and I have muscles here that way I don't look exactly like a red King K. Rool, I wonder if the ladies like a reptile that are anthropomorphic with hair and also have bellybutton like a hunk. I hope I'm a good guy kremling and not some sort of bad guy kremling like how King K. Rool and his soldiers, but I might be a double agent when I pretend to be one of King K. Rool's soldier to listening to his evil plans.

Well, there are kremlings in Rare's original lore that have a navel, others that have nipples and others that have hair (Klump and Kasplat). There are good kremlings who work for K. Rool (Krunch) and kremlings who rebel against K. Rool (Klubba and K. Lumsy).
There are also red kremlings, there are purple, blue, brown, golden, yellow, orange, black, short, tall, muscular, thin, fat, striped, with colored eyes, black eyes, linear pupils, round pupils, they are very varied.
So your kremsona is perfectly credible
