... Assault rifle. A rifle for which the intended use is not to terminate the life of an animal, ideally for the intend of consuming its flesh for energy.. but rather, to terminate the life of another human being, usually in time of war. IE, a rifle intended to commit assault, attacking another human being. If you intend it is not an automatic assault rifle, i feel that is fairly obvious...

Yay, late comment from me!
There are exceptionally few DSR-1's in the USA due to incredible red tape for importation approval of foreign arms that don't already have an importation company for distribution. One DSR owner here started a company to make an improved stateside version called the Desert Tactical Arms (DTA) model SRS with a quick-change caliber and barrel system, without all the excessive complex parts to reduce failure points. They are highly rated and perform as well as the gold standards set by the British Accuracy International AW series and Finnish Sako TRG platforms.
If I could do it all over again, I would pick up a DTA SRS. Owning a DSR would be fun, but there would be no stateside support for problems or replacement parts. I own the Sako TRG and both the Sako and AI cost well over $10k with optics and suppressors, but lack the ability of quick caliber swap. The DTA ends up cheaper with the caliber/barrel change system for a small additional cost, it's like having three guns for the price of 1.5x because you'd keep the same optics and simply need to change your dope cards.
