A Heavy Ball would do the trick, it's more effective the heavier the target is. On her it's better than a Master Ball.

Wow, the shading on here is really impressive - almost looks like a photo of a painting. =3 The background's great too - nice little details that accentuate her size. And the "cone" idea is ingenious. X3 Nicely done!
