Another character for the upcoming roleplay jaxedge and I are pushing, this is miss Oorjita Tamal, called Jita by most. If you've seen the Revolutionary Girl Utena anime, she's the Touga of the council, though she isn't the president in our universe. She answers to the Swordmaster and only him - being his "niece" helps her quite a bit with that. Her dueling crystal is a ruby crescent moon worn on her bow.
Jita's an excellent fighter and a fast thinker. She's known for only caring about her gym class and the fencing club... and seducing every attractive person on the campus. She's the student representative for the 10th year students. [Clear View Academy hosts K-College classes.] She loves frilly frou-frou outfits and is known for sleeping with anyone who meets her standards of attractiveness, or has something she wants.

Never seen/heard of the anime, but this is really good! I envy your ability to draw humans/ little details. <3 Also love the way you draw legs <3 Perspective of the sword thing she's holding could use a bit work, though. I can't tell if she's pointing it directly at the viewer or if shes holding it downward. (if she's holding it slightly downward, we should be able to see a bit of her hand. If its directly towards the viewers, it should be held higher up, so that all we see is the very tip.)

I only recently learned how to do little details! It's only thanks to my tablet that I can tbh. The legs are actually very easy to do [though it took a couple years of studying, it's stupid-simple once you get it]. As for her sword, she's using one of >>these<<, which are supposed to cover as much of the hand as possible.
