The echidna slammed hard onto the ground, gasping for breath as the wind was knocked out of him. He looked up and glared at the stationary hedgehog. She simply stood watching him. The echidna roared and charged at her only to find himself tripped as she nimbly side stepped him, giving a gentle push to his back and sending him sprawling to the floor. She was making a fool of him!
"Damn you..." he growled.
The hedgehog simply smirked back at him.
This had been her life for the last few months. Travelling from person to person, aiming to squeeze the information out of them. Her origins were a mystery to all. Most didn't even know she existed. Fewer cared. Only two could possibly understand. The chain of information was an infuriatingly long one. Each person she questioned seemed to be able to help in small, subtle ways, but the break through was yet to come. So she kept up her questioning, catching up with those stupid enough to run. Punishing those cretinous enough to fight her. In the end, she always got what she wanted. This echidna was going to be no different from the countless others.
He got to his feet and snarled. This was to be his last attempt, she knew, before she put him down. She grew tired of toying with him now. It was time for answers. He charged at her with a predictable cry of anger only to find her not there any longer. Time slowed. In the space between the blink of an eyelid she was beside him, smiling a meloncholy smile, her eyes flashing for a split second before he accelerated into the wall. He sagged slowly, turning around to face his opponent as she slowly advanced towards him, the jewels decorating her outfit glowing brightly as she opened her hand to reveal a ball of pent up chaotic energy.
"Now, my friend." she said in a voice showing no hint of exhaustion, "You're going to tell me everything you know about the hedgehogs."

jessycelly did of her character Celeste. I thought it looked freakin awesome, so I decided to give her the huge privilage of seeing it coloured by me. Ain't she lucky?
Her character is amazing fun to colour. It helps that her sketch work freakin rocks. Oh, and now she has a working scanner, you should TOTALLY flood her with comissions. You'll be glad you did.
