It was a long time since I made a drawing of this adorable and cute pegasus filly. Well, it was already time to return to padded ponies as I was saying before and this time trying something pretty different. As part of exploring new horizons as artist I now want to try drawing different kinds of food (you can also give me ideas in the comments). I thought drawing pizza was a great idea and mixing that with Scootaloo couldn't end in a better result. Hehe don't tell me that she doesn't look so adorable biting that slice nwn

D'aww! Little Scoot getting to try one of the most tasty foods ever. There certainly would be quite the reaction, too.
Baby Scoots looks at the new food.
"Go on, honey," her mom would say. "You'll love it."
Scoot looks to her mom before looking towards the strange looking object before her. She then lowers her nose to sniff it.
"Smells yummy, right?" her dad says. "Don't forget to take small bites."
Scootaloo looks to her dad, back to the pizza, and feels the melted texture of the heese along with other toppings suitable for a foal.
"Do you want momma to help you, Scooty?" her mom coos as she moves to take a cut up piece in her hoof. "Here comes The Wonder Bolts!"
Scoots tiny wings flutter as she always enjoyed flying things.
"Nom-nom-nom," she chews as her eyes close to imagine the flying Pegasus she wants to be.
FLIT-FLIT-FLIT-FLIT
The flavor of the pizza gives a whole bunch of delicious flavors that make her feel so-so happy.
"So you like it, Scoot?" her dad asks.
A big smile forms on baby Scootaloo's face as some sauce and cheese escapes her mouth.
"Yay!" she cries while diving into the super tasty treat.
"Well," her mother says as pizza gets all over the place. "I do believe she likes it."

11 YEARS LATER

"...Time to head home, Scootaloo!" calls her Aunt Lofty. "Time to get home and finish up that homework!"
Scootaloo looks to her partially-eaten slices of pizza and decides she will only get to enjoy it if she eats it as fast as Rainbow Dash can fly.
Aunt Lofty comes into The hayburger to see Apple Bloom and sweetie Belle looking surprised as her friend flitters her wings super fast while getting as much pizza in her mouth as well as everywhere else.
"Scootaloo!" cries Lofty. "What in Equestria are you dong?"
Scoots chews while facing her Aunt.
"Coming," she says through a mouthful of food.
"Hey!" Lofty says with a smile. "MInd if I get a quick photo! This would look great alongside your baby picture!"
Lofty takes the picture as Scootaloo gives a look of dread and her friends appear interested.
"So ya' sayin' Scootaloo always ate like this?" asks Apple Bloom.
Lofty giggles.
"Why not come on over to our house and find out,"
"Yay!" cheer Sweetie and Apple Bloom.
Scootaloo feels a bit of tomato sauce, cheese, and crust spill out of her mouth at knowing the Baby Album was about to be seen by eyes it should never be seen by.
"Oh, man," she pouts.

It is fun to think on how some foods we like today may have first been introduced to us. It is also cute to think on how some habits from being little may carry over as you grow up without you ever realizing.

How about, for a food idea, you give Sweetie Belle a slice of cheesecake with strawberry sauce lines on top? Maybe some tiny pieces of strawberry placed around the slice of cheesecake?

I liked a lot the story you wrote around my picture. Thank you Yosh. I have to say that it is amazing how your creativity has no limits apparently. As always I really like that soft and peaceful environment that you create around your stories. Exactly the complete opposite of a tense battlefield in my opinion.
About your idea. Sounds cute... But I really have no idea how o draw Cheesecake at all... I have just eaten it twice... an adapted recipe and I don't know how to make it look like one... It's pretty complicated. My main idea now is to focus on foods easy to recognize.

How about grapes? Grapes are tasty. Maybe Spike could be feeding some grapes to Sweetie Belle, or Rarity?
You could also do a pear? Apple Bloom may want to try some after knowing how her mother was a Pear. Perhaps she may even think about making juice that is a blend of apple and pear?
It's fun writing little stories for your work. You make the stories easy to do because of how much I can tell you put effort into each piece. I feel you really enjoy drawing and sharing. This makes me feel like writing and makes me happy.

Interesting idea behind this picture. Considering how long Scootaloo's parents were away, she probably had the memories she had of them being around burned into her memory. Since they're adventurers, pizza was probably something they didn't have too often, which meant for Scootaloo that whenever she got it it was a special occasion.
It actually reminds me of a picture of Applejack in a diaper eating apple fritters, claiming it's the best way to do so. The picture's even entitled "Nostalgic Applejack".

Now that Applejack picture does say a lot. It shows how certain things can be burned into our memories that result in feeling happiest when completing a particular 'ritual' and/or setting a specific scene to do something.
