It's Vanessa Proachure, the Pesanta wolf girl holding the basketball, who's playing with her few friends, Jane Shufang the Chinese Dragon trying to tackle her, Natalie Pritallies the Pegasus doing her best "I'm open" gesture, and Jackie Rhyson the Catoblepas trying to get around Natalie.

Vanessa is most considerably a real pro in basketball, regardless of her short stature, which she actually takes advantage with stealing the ball more easily and depending on agility more for hoop shots, which she's also pretty good at as she can calculate how strong or light she needs to throw the ball (kinda like how I would do it whenever I shoot some hoops). So yeah, basketball is Vanessa's own little profession/hobby that she always feels good at, and isn't afraid to show it off during a game.

Jane would probably know little the sport yet still engage in it just to be the tall player. Natalie somewhat is good at it, as she tends to want to be good at any sports due to her passion for it. And Jackie would obviously do it just to hang with her two best buds, Vanessa and Jane, yet may not take it seriously as either of them would.
