Here they are! When they're all grown up, and dressed for work!
So let's go from left to right

Alun:
Alun is a motor mechanic. Specifically he works on trucks and other large, industrial vehicles. From a young age he showed enormous interest in vehicles, and all things mechanical and moving. This interest persisted throughout his life, and showing amazing aptitude for learning applied himself to learning as much as he could about engines, cars, you name it, he knew about it.
He managed to land himself an apprentice position in a repair garage. But it didn't take long before he craved a tougher challenge, and it wasn't long until he moved to a new position. Now he regularly services and performs maintenance on a large variety of industrial vehicles.

Celia:
Celia works as an independent software developer in her off-time, and as a day job she works in an indie-game studio.
She was always the family's resident techie and game enthusiast. When she got her very own computer in her pre-teens she wasted no time digging into various open-source source codes and learning programming languages.
It led to her making her own software and games from scratch. Starting out with simple programs and simple games, over time she improved and eventually came to developing large, feature-complete software packages and joining an indie game studio to ply her trade in making video games, one of her favourite passions.
Here we see her on her way to start a QA test session.

Ally:
Ally works full-time as a firefighter, currently holding rank of Crew Manager. Despite anger management issues in her child and teen years, there's one thing Ally showed incredible ability for; physical aptitude. Always the most active of her siblings as well as showing the most interest in physical activity, in her early teens she took to daily jogs and other simple workouts. As she got older and progressed through her teens she continued to work out and push herself, thanks to her ever present need to prove she could do anything, and demonstrate her physical ability. A looming need, due to her being a runt.
Over the years she managed to curb and control her temper thanks to various means (martial arts and therapy), and channel that negative energy into an incredible drive to go beyond. Eventually it led her to signing up to the fire & rescue service to put her energy to good use in helping to save others.
