Being half Irish... I decipher it as “How are you? My name’s Jacob Blackwood. Just got here from Ireland. Heard the weather over here is rainy, isn’t it? Pouring! Still should be a fun time (I’m not too sure if that’s what gallery means, but...) with all the grand shops here! Great!
