Finally! This page took me a really long time to get out! Sorry guys =3=;

But here it is! The first taste of what the capital is actually like! The style of the citizens of the capital are actually quite.... interesting.
Trust me, this is not going to be the end of the weirdness of the styles. Seems even the tributes from district 9 are weirded out!
