Great work! Now I know who to call if I need somebody to draw the Ballad while I'm out sick / on vacation.
This is how I see Adler most of the time, except perhaps for whenever Zandar says something irksome. xD
The results you see here were the product of taking a suitable reference image, copy-paste into my canvas, scale it smaller and stick it in the corner to not obstruct the middle... Stare at the ref for a good long time, and then try to mimic the pen-stroke styling as best I can.
This is the pen clean up afterwards.
I guess I should chuck my sketch-work in my scrapbook for comparison. Hmmm good idea... gimme a moment?
Maybe Yuki might tease Adler sometime using exactly this wet paper bag trick. xDD
