The title says it all, he is S tier due to that grab he has. (Cheating bastard *while having terrible flashbacks of losing to Marth* I'M NOT SALTY YOU ARE) XD This marks as my second request done for  Valargent wearing Marth's suit from Fire Emblem series but if I'm honest I only knew him from the smash bros series.
