Back in the day redbubble used to be a pretty good alternative to artists who couldn't afford to do their own product printing, their quality wasn't ever like, outstandingly great or anything but for the relatively cheap prices per product it wasn't a bad option- but nowadays the site is full of nothing but stolen art, stolen designs, bot accounts, and the quality of their materials has gone down drastically while their prices have only gone up. I no longer personally use or recommend redbubble for artists primarily because of the AI Slop and Art Thieves all over that place (my acc is only still up bc thats my old name and I can't manage to get into my account to close it LOL).
Teespring is seemingly a good choice for artists, I've seen a lot of reputable folks in the fandom selling their designs on there (Feve being the first that comes to mind), though I'm at a point now where I'm personally slowly shifting to doing my own in-house printing for my sticker designs. Shirts and fabric textiles will likely still have to be sold third party for a good while, but I've recently acquired an inkjet printer and I'm working to pay off a cricut cutting machine so I can start selling my own sticker designs from my home! This option is the most cost effective in the long run and the best way to assure quality across your products, of course its just a lot more money up front x-x

Oh yeah...the dreaded AI slop plague. One of the reasons I came back to FA was because they seem anti AI.
I'm kinda new to selling my stuff as a product but a lil side hustle would be nice. I tried Inprint but the min requirement for withdrawing your profits is 100$ and I just don't get that much traffic so I moved over to fourthwall. Still seeing how that's gone. I really WISH I could do in-house but I have such a small amount of space.
Rambling aside, thanks for the insights!

That was one of the big things that brought me back here- the fandom's activity is very spread all over the place now, and most spaces where they're active are full of AI and other morally reprehensible things. FA, though it still has it's many flaws, at least is one of the few places left that seems to encourage real art and support the community directly. And oh yeah Inprint is another site I've seen some artists use, though yeah that minimum payout requirement is kinda BS; another thing that draws a lot of people to redbubble is that their payout system is fairly immediate after you receive an order (granted, you're getting paid pennies on the dollar). I've never heard of fourthwall, though! O: Do let me know how that goes, if you're able- I'm curious about whether that could potentially be a good option.
And no problem, anytime! :)
