In the beginning, Yasmine grew up as a special Darkrai created by an Arceus. Unlike most Darkrai, Yasmine didn't exactly have much control over nightmares which made her weak in combat. Though while she lacked most of the ability to control nightmares, she found a gift in the form of being able to travel into the realm of dreams. The Arceus who created her was considering a realm of dreams where pokemon could enjoy themselves as they slept. Rather than creating the dream realm without any form of practice, the Arceus found practicing this ability in smaller ways to be the trick. As such, the Arceus had first made a Darkrai to help in seeing if the ability could be expanded upon which was when Yasmine came to light. Margaret, a Cresselia Yasmine looked up to, helped her as she grew more accustomed to her ability and even encouraged her to experiment with her own dreams. Things went smoothly throughout the months as Yasmine later found an interest in more ancient themed dreams. She felt the mystery that lurked inside the shadows of a tomb was interesting, as well as the adventure that awaited those who entered. Eventually, Yasmine decided to dig deeper into the dreams and was even given jewelry to wear which helped her fit into the Arabian aesthetic she took a liking to.

All of this, along with the treatment she was given by other legendaries, made one particularly jealous of her. It wouldn't have been long before the legendary, deciding the grant upon her desire to partake in Arabian themes, decides to trap her into a bottle and hide it away. The situation was scary for Yasmine as she feared there wouldn't be a chance of escape for her. However, in quite the miracle, a Zigzagoon had found her bottle and curiously opened it. After Yasmine was released, she thanked the Zigzagoon for his kindness and tried to find her way home. Though when she realized where she was, she had to look upon the Zigzagoon for support who didn't mind at all. Yasmine tried to do what she could to pay back the Zigzagoon and his family, but after many reassurances, she soon became apart of the family from that day forward. On top of this, the dream realm the Arceus had attempted to make for so long soon came to fruition. While it may be time before Yasmine can meet her creator in person, she is happy to see them in the dream realm.

Quite often Yasmine might try and dance in certain ways with her main practice being belly dancing, though she does need a lot of work to perform it properly. With Yasmine being able to physically enter the dreams of others, it can be possible sometimes for her to alter dreams in slight ways. )
Dislikes: Fighting, Scaring Others, Sensing Nightmares ( Due to Yasmine's weaker fighting capabilities, and little practice in actually battling pokemon, it can be pretty dangerous for her to partake in them. While Yasmine's appearance seems far from scary, she does sometimes accidentally scare pokemon with her ability to hide and appear from the shadows. Yasmine has little control over nightmares due to how she was created, yet she still retains the ability to sense when a pokemon is experiencing one. )
