So two art updates in less of 24 hours, I got that spare time to do this before bed
But I rushed up, this is nothing compared with the Torracat pic
I wanted to draw a Gigantamaxed mon. I mean I like the crazy pink lineart on them I just wanted to try it out. I know most people feel wary of this feature but c'mon, did you see the pink clouds and sky above it, and those strange three magenta clouds floating on its head or tail or ear or something? Doesn't that scream lore to you? Cuz the franchise always did this lil touches which I appreciate and can't wait to see their excuses why this humoungus transformation even happens.

why Gigantamax Charizard over the others, given I'm not a fan of the fat lizard to begin with
Well let's scroll down the list
Gigantamax Alcremie? Nope, not my piece of cake
Gigantamax Drednaw? Ewww ugly nope
Gigantamax Corviknight? I admit it is cool but the amount of pink glow on it is a bit too overwhelming for me right now when I want to draw cheap today so nah, but it's the only reason why not
Gigantamax Pikachu? Hey I said cheap but not that cheap.
Gigantamax Eevee? It is too fuzzy EVEN FOR ME. Also screw the anti evolution propaganda, it was bad enough in Let's Go, moving on
Gigantamax Meowth? SCREW YOU TOO, PERSIAN IS BETTER I'M IGNORING YOU.
So yeah, Gigantamax Charizard was my best bet. Not proud of the result because I barely tried

People have this tendency to make expectations over the roof just to be disappointed when things don’t go their way.
The immaturity of that reached a pathetic level when people actually got mad just because Galarian Ponyta isn’t a fairy type.
Kalos is may more too unlikely to have any connection with Galar and I suppose everybody is gonna be mad on that too

Yeah, but this is the worst of Gen I fan-pandering.
He literally has a gigantamax form and is the only other starter line in Galar BECAUSE of pandering.
Charizard always overshadowed Venusaur and Blastoise.
He had TWO Mega evolutions!
And why don't Venusaur and Blastoise get Gigamaxes?
Why aren't THEY available in Galar!?
IT'S SO UNFAIR!!
He literally has a gigantamax form and is the only other starter line in Galar BECAUSE of pandering.

Thats why. And as long it will keep cash grabbing it will be that way forever.
My advice? Accept it. Being on denial while it is obviously popular wont do you any good. Gen I is iconic and it forever it will be.
Venusaur and Blastoise are nowhere as popular as Charizard. So fanservice for them is not as lucrative.
You may would like to focus on the things you like instead looking when things dont go your way
