Here's a piece that's taken me forever! Milotic has been highly requested for a very long time so I decided to try my hand at drawing her. The last time I did this underwater lighting was years ago, it was certainly a challenge! But i'm really proud of how this looks. All of this was completely hand-drawn traditionally with markers, the bubbles were done with white gel pens. Hope you like it!
