What a sweet surprise to get back at when it comes to FA. Thanks a bunch, Whisper! Shiny sure is a fun'n'floaty Totodile. Sometimes you feel like he always stumbles up on more methods to fly. It gladdens me that people always enjoy to find ways to make him even happier. X3
And oh, my! Now he feels like he's a being of cotton clouds. Castform, Cottonee, Swablu and Altaria would surely find him cute. Shame they didn't notice him yet like the Rattata did beforehand, hehe. =D

The coloring has that gentle shading again which adds to the soft and cute nature of the illustration. I personally think that the color composition here has a very dreamy feel. It's like something that you'd find quite wonderous to observe when star gazing.
The body pose shows the typical energetic side of a Totodile well. It gives me the idea here that the lil fellow is dancing under the starry sky and summoning more of his clouds aka he puffs them out like bubbly formations that might float towards somebody unexpecting as a surprise treat. Could also be that he even hops from cloud to cloud, levitating on his own as a gentle breeze is carrying him through the night.⭐️

The linework is still quite nice. I love the curls on Shiny that make him so Fairy-esque looking. The only little gripes that I'd have would be the shape of the shooting stars which feel dhaky compared to the rest of outlines, as well as that the knot of Shiny's neckerchief seems to be missing(the neckerchief would usually curl completely around the neck but the indentation between the backplates is showing, you see.)
The facial features were perfectly drawn. you did amazing especially on the smile with the teeth looking not too sharp which is great. And again, I like the look of the way you draw the eyes. It's very sparkling.✨

Lastly, the background is lovely. The clouds and the palette of your sky are pretty and just like on Shiny himself, I enjoy the linework on the clouds (might just be me, but I feel like some pixels aren't filled out where Shiny's footpaw stands on top of the cloud). That said, nice detail how Shiny's paw leaves a slightly indentation where he stands on the cloud. Nice detail, Whisper.

Overall an adorable and jolly piece of art again. In case that you could do some slight edits to the three points (shooting stars, neckerchief knot and uncolored pixels between cloud and footpaw), then that would be very appreciated.
I hope that you can also send me a full resolution .PNG file very soon. Don't wanna risk that anything happens.
I hope that the project has been just as fun as the initial Cottondile one and that your start of the week will be a pleasant one. I feel glad to call this one my own and cannot but exclaim again that you have a wonderful talent for cute arts.
I'm sure that Shiny will have had a very fun time up there. Well, even if he's not high up and just bouncing over the heads of his dudes to share some candy with them, it's definitely a totodily awesome time. (-^.=.^-)❤️️
